We charge based on the length of time you rent our bikes. Payment in full can be submitted online or in-store prior to starting your bike ride.

Yes, we deliver from the shop location up to 10 miles away for $35 and up to 20 miles away for a $50 charge.

If there is a part available, we will find it. We encourage bike owners to reach out to their brand vendor to discuss warranty and part availability prior to dropping off their bike. Many vendors will troubleshoot with the customer and ship the part to the customer to bring to us to install.

Any electric bikes with tires size under 20” that could potentially be considered a “scooter” may have increased costs for certain procedures as frames and compact items tend to become more complex or takes more time to work on. Pricing is based on complexity, labor time and if parts are available.
